Employment Specialist Firm of the Year
Harmers Workplace Lawyers consolidated its reputation as Australia’s leading workplace law firm by being awarded for the 5th consecutive year, the "Employment Specialist Firm of the Year" at the ALB Australasian Law Awards at The Westin, Sydney on Thursday 13 May, 2010.
Chief Operating Officer of Harmers Workplace Lawyers, Mrs Emma Pritchard said when accepting the award: “Harmers is delighted to win this award particularly because it is the 5th consecutive year since the award's inception. The ALB Australasian Law Awards are peer nominated from a wide range of practitioners in the jurisdiction. The judging panel, comprising senior in-house counsel from Australian and multinational corporations and legal practitioners from Australia’s top law firms, determined Harmers Workplace Lawyers as the winner in the employment law category based on set criteria and the work completed by the firm over the last calendar year.
The ALB Australasian Legal Business magazine also indicated that the Harmers win was due to:
