Having completed a combined Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Human Resource Management in 2016, Amy joined Harmers in June 2017 as a Law Graduate.
Amy assists a broad range of corporate clients, including small to large-sized corporations in the health, finance, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Amy has also assisted various individual clients, including senior executives and CEO’s.
As a Senior Associate, Amy works across all of the firm’s practice areas and is well-versed in advising clients in relation to a broad range of employment and industrial issues, including issues arising under the Fair Work Act, work health and safety legislation, anti-discrimination legislation, consumer legislation and corporate legislation.
Amy has a particular interest in providing strategic, practical and commercial advice to prevent protracted disputes. Amy also has significant experience in managing litigation and disputes, particularly in the Federal Court of Australia and the Fair Work Commission.
Prior to joining Harmers, Amy worked at an international law firm in the restructuring and insolvency team. Here, she was involved in a number of class action litigations, including several claims against an international ratings agency.
Amy was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2017 and is also listed in the High Court Register of Practitioners.
