Simone Gangal

SOLICITOR

Simone completed her Juris Doctor with Distinction at the University of New South Wales, earning a place on the Faculty of Law Dean’s List in both 2024 and 2025. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology, bringing a commercially astute and technologically literate perspective to her legal practice.

Before joining Harmers, Simone built a strong foundation across civil litigation, employment, commercial and property law, developing particular experience in matters involving historical institutional abuse, personal injury and workplace disputes. She is skilled at handling sensitive matters with care, conducting client interviews with trauma-informed practice, and translating complex legal issues into guidance clients can readily understand and act on. 

Simone is now a lawyer at Harmers Workplace Lawyers, where she advises on employment and workplace matters. She brings a sharp analytical mind and a genuine commitment to social justice and is dedicated to advocating for fair and equitable outcomes. 

Outside the law, Simone is a devoted coffee enthusiast and takes her search for Sydney’s best cappuccino very seriously.
