CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & TEAM LEADER

Bora is the Chief Executive Officer of Harmers Workplace lawyers, responsible for the firm’s strategy, operations and financial performance, with a focus on positioning the firm for sustainable growth.

A Chartered Accountant, Bora has more than 20 years’ experience across professional services, private equity, operational leadership and corporate governance. She spent 11 years with Deloitte in Sydney and London, where she was a Director in its restructuring practice, before moving into senior executive leadership roles, including as an Investment Director with IFM Investors.

Bora has worked closely with management teams and boards on strategy, business transformation, operational improvement and value creation. She has also held non-executive director and board committee chair roles.
