Harmers wins “Employment Law Specialist Firm of the Year”

Harmers Workplace Lawyers is delighted to have been awarded the 2021 Australasian Law Award for “Employment Law Specialist Firm of the Year”.

The Australasian Law Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of the leading legal professionals, firms, and in-house teams in Australia for their contribution to the industry over the past year.

Chairman and Senior Team Leader, Michael Harmer, said “Harmers is delighted with this recognition from Key Media, the judges, and the Australian business community. The firm has seen significant growth in its corporate advisory practice in recent years, with complex cross-border, workplace relations litigation and WHS matters. Harmers has also continued to act in many of Australia’s most high-profile workplace relations cases for both its corporate and individual clients.

With a female staff demographic of approximately seventy percent, and progressive policies to enable female lawyers and support staff to balance work and family commitments, Harmers was also acknowledged as an “Excellence Award” winner in the 2021 “Diversity Initiative of the Year” category.
