SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Hannah graduated from the University of Wollongong obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (with Distinction), and was subsequently admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in May 2020.
Hannah received several academic prizes and first place results whilst at University, and was awarded the Vice Chancellors Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Hannah graduated with first place in
In addition, Hannah was awarded the Harmers Workplace Lawyers prize in Employment Law and was listed on the Dean of Law’s merit list for Outstanding Academic Achievement.
During her studies, Hannah completed an internship with Magistrate David Price at the Downing Centre. This experience allowed her to develop her research skills and knowledge of Court procedures and protocols in both civil and criminal matters.
Hannah has also worked as a Law Clerk in a Family Law and Estates firm directly alongside an Accredited Family Law Specialist with over 40-years experience. In this role, Hannah gained expertise in dealing with clients experiencing emotional trauma and stress.
Prior to joining Harmers, Hannah worked as a Graduate Lawyer at a boutique insurance litigation firm specialising primarily in defendant workers compensation matters. This role allowed Hannah to develop her litigation skills and ability to manage a portfolio of cases.
Hannah works across all areas of the firm’s practice areas and has a particular interest in Unfair Dismissal, General Protections and Discrimination cases. She is passionate about workplace relations law and achieving the best outcomes for her clients.
