Lauren Brouwer-French

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Lauren graduated from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Psychological Science.

During her studies, Lauren volunteered as a law clerk at Kingsford Legal Centre where she assisted clients seeking advice and assistance in a range of areas including employment, discrimination, credit and debt and victims compensation. Lauren also volunteered her time with the duty solicitor at Waverley Local Court assisting vulnerable clients in criminal matters before the court. Lauren joined Harmers as a paralegal in March 2019.

Prior to this, Lauren worked as a research assistant at the UNSW Parent-Child Research Clinic where she co-authored a research paper examining the effectiveness of a parenting intervention for children with callous-unemotional traits.

Lauren was admitted as a Solicitor by the Supreme Court of NSW in May 2020 and is also listed in the High Court Register of Practitioners. She works across all of the firms practice areas and has a particular interest in discrimination and sexual harassment.
