Liz Baradan


Liz joined the team at Harmers in 2020 as a paralegal and is now a Graduate-at-law.

Liz has completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management at the University of Technology Sydney. During her university course, Liz studied specialised subjects in employment relations. Through completing the Human Resource Management major, Liz has developed practical negotiation skills, advocacy skills and transferable evidence-based management expertise.

Before joining the team at Harmers, Liz gained valuable experience in the field of workplace relations as a Workplace Relations Consultant. Liz has been involved in conducting internal workplace complaint investigations, drafting investigation reports and attending conferences at the Fair Work Commission. Liz gained experience in drafting workplace policies and employment contracts. She has also been involved in the provision of HR training and development seminars.

Liz has pursued her passion for helping others overcome their personal and academic challenges through her active participation in the Integrating Business Perspectives mentor program at UTS. Through her experience as a Guru Mentor over several years, she developed high levels of emotional intelligence and a range of soft skills that allow her to show empathy to the concerns of others and assist people from all walks of life.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys challenging coastal hikes and running. Liz is currently on a mission to find the best almond mocha in Sydney.
