Liz Baradan

SOLICITOR

Liz joined Harmers in 2020 as a paralegal, and is currently a Solicitor.

She completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management at the University of Technology, Sydney. During her degree, Liz studied specialised subjects in employment relations, and through a Human Resource Management major, developed practical negotiation skills and advocacy skills, and transferable evidence-based management expertise.

Prior to joining Harmers, Liz was a Workplace Relations Consultant. She has been involved in conducting internal workplace complaint investigations, drafting investigation reports and attending conferences at the Fair Work Commission. Liz also has experience in drafting workplace policies and employment contracts, and has been involved in the provision of HR training and development seminars.

Liz has pursued her passion for helping others overcome their personal and academic challenges through her active participation in the Integrating Business Perspectives mentor program at UTS. Through her experience as a Guru Mentor over several years, she developed high levels of emotional intelligence and a range of soft skills that allow her to show empathy for the concerns of others, and to assist people from all walks of life.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys challenging coastal hikes and running. Liz is currently on a mission to find the best almond mocha in Sydney.
