Izabela holds a Diploma in Fraud and Financial Investigations from Charles Sturt University and has 17+ years of investigative experience, working in both employment law and the telecommunications industry.

Since joining Harmers in 2015, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to collaborative teamwork with the firm’s solicitors, providing support and assistance across workplace investigations, client matters, and litigation proceedings. Izabela has also developed a professional focus on bullying, discrimination and sexual harassment claims. She is highly experienced in working with clients who may be experiencing emotional trauma, stress, or psychological impacts as a result of these issues.

Prior to joining Harmers, Izabela held an investigative role at a leading national telecommunications company, where she was responsible for conducting complex fraud investigations. Her work encompassed a broad range of cases involving employees, contractors, and vendors, addressing both actual and suspected fraudulent activity. This role required a high level of analytical and investigative skills, as well as the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. Through her efforts, Izabela played a pivotal role in mitigating risks and protecting the company’s financial and reputational interests.

Izabela is also a member of the Harmers investigations team, conducting specialist investigations for clients on workplace incidents, grievances, work health and safety issues, and allegations of bullying, discrimination, and sexual harassment.
